Students should arrive at the school five minutes before the bell rings i.e. 7:20 a.m. (summer) /8.30 a.m. (winter) and school gate will be closed sharp 7:30 a.m.(summer) / 8.30 a.m. (winter) on regular basis.
No child is permitted to bring mobile phones in the school, phone will be confiscated and return at the end of the session only. No further query will be permitted on this matter.
The school is not responsible for any goods, money lost. It is not advisable to bring valuables (like expensive watches, jewellery or pens) to the school.
The girl student are allowed to wear only very small ear rings.. Girls are not allowed to wear any eye make-up like kajal, eye liner etc.
No exchange of money, book or stationery items will be allowed.
Girls having long hair have to make plaits
Boys are not allowed to wear any jewellery in ears.
Boys are not allowed to have spikes, long hair and use gel in hair.
The school reserves the right to expel student whose conduct is harmful to other students. Immorality, grave insubordination, contempt of authority or wilful damage to property are always sufficient reasons for immediate dismissal.
Strict disciplinary action will be taken against any such student to whom three warning notes have been issued in one academic session.
Students are not supposed to loiter around in the school premises otherwise strict action will be taken.
Personal conveyance without license is not allowed.
Students are not allowed to come to school without proper school uniform in any circumstances.
Indiscipline behaviour while commuting the school transport will result in the withdrawal of school transport.

Instruction for Parents / Guardians Here are some general instructions. You are requested to read all these points carefully.

This year diary is significant in the parent-teacher communication during the academic session i.e. April to March. Please take care of this year diary and also make your child understand its importance.
Please fill in the relevant pages of year diary clearly in block letters with a black pen.
If there are any changes in the address or telephone numbers, incorporate it in the year book and please inform immediately to the teacher and at the office, for school record usage.
If you have something to communicate, please do it through the Diary only.
Ensure that your child carries this year diary to school every day. It is compulsory to bring the year diary on excursion days.
Do check the year diary daily. If there is any circular attached or any note written, read it carefully and acknowledge it through acknowledge page mentioned in the year diary.
Please dress up your child neatly in proper uniform and ensure that his/her hair and nails are well groomed.
Please note that the student is allowed for excursion and educational trips when planned only in neat and clean school uniform.
Please label all the things that your child carries during picnic or excursions like Tiffin box, School bag, Shoe and any other special / exclusive things.
Whenever you correspond to about your son or daughter, kindly quote his/her SR number, name, class and section.
No child will be allowed to leave the school premises before the school gets over unless permission has been granted in writing.
Request for direct pick-up or through an authorized person by the parents, should be submitted in writing on a separate sheet ofpaper.
Such requests written in the year diary or submitted at the eleventh hour will not consider for approval.
In case of loss the duplicate I-card can be issued by paying charges Rs. 100/-.
Parents are not permitted to move beyond the reception area.
Interaction with the teacher is permitted on every Friday and Saturday, when the school begins, through the prior permission of the Principal/ Manager/Coordinators.
Parents can meet the subject teacher by taking prior permission in the year diary.
All communications should be addressed to the Manager (Admin).
Please cooperate the school administration in maintaining discipline, regularity and punctuality in the interest of your child's personality.
Children when sick should not be sent to the school to attend the classes.
School will not entertain the parents for providing lunch, home keys, etc. to students during school time.
